Scroll the table horizontally to see every column. For the USA and Canada there is not enough official city-level data, so only the country range is shown. Two large language school chains ceased operations in September 2026, which narrowed the range of options in these two countries; exact options are confirmed when we prepare an offer.

Where do the numbers come from? Method
No figure on this page is a guess or an average from an intermediary website.
Weekly "from" prices compiled from 2026 and 2027 season price lists published on providers' own websites. Multi-week packages are divided per week. Tuition, accommodation, full board and activities are usually included; flights, visa, insurance and pocket money are not. Prices for school groups are quoted separately based on group size, dates and scope.
We do not name providers: they are not our partners, only sources that reflect the market overall. Prices on intermediary (agent) websites were not used. Prices for school groups are quoted separately and can differ from the individual "from" prices on this page.

What affects the price
- Country and city. Even within one country the city changes the weekly price noticeably; the ranges in the tables show this.
- Accommodation type. Homestay, student residence, boarding-school campus and historic university college sit at different price levels.
- Season and dates. July is the peak; late June and late August dates can be priced differently.
- Duration. In multi-week packages the weekly cost can be lower; some programs are only sold in fixed sessions.
- Program content. Academic or themed programs can cost markedly more than a standard language program.
- Group size and scope. In a school-group offer, student numbers, chaperone places and extra services shape the total.

How does pricing work for school groups?
The figures on this page are the "from" prices published for individual applicants. For a school group the price is not a fixed list; a separate offer is prepared for each group.
- You share the detailsNumber of students, age group, preferred country and period, duration and your goals.
- We narrow the options togetherWe settle the country, city and accommodation type to suit your group.
- You receive an itemised offerThe offer separates program, accommodation, meals, activities and excursions from items such as flights, transfers, insurance and visa support.
- Conditions are fixed in the offerConditions linked to group size and chaperone places are set out in writing in the offer.
The offer depends on group size, dates, scope and chaperone places. We recommend comparing offers by what they cover, not only by the total.
Frequently asked questions
How much do summer schools in the UK cost?
In the 2026–2027 season, standard junior programs in the UK start at roughly £800 – £1,673 per week. Academic programs in the university colleges of Oxford and Cambridge are a separate segment at about £3,498 per week. The figures were compiled from providers' official price lists on 4 October 2026 and exclude flights, visa and insurance.
Is Malta or the UK cheaper?
The weekly range is €785 – €1,080 in Malta and £800 – £1,673 in the UK. Because the currencies differ we do not convert them, but the upper end of the Malta range is clearly lower than the UK's. When comparing, weigh the accommodation type, weekly lessons and activities, and the flight cost together; the UK stands out for academic and campus programs, Malta for seaside language programs.
Do the prices include flights?
No. Published weekly prices usually cover tuition, accommodation, meals, activities and program excursions; flights, visa, travel health insurance and pocket money are excluded. For school groups, flights and transfers are shown as separate items in the offer.
Why are the prices in foreign currency?
Providers publish prices in their own country's currency (pound, euro, US dollar, Canadian dollar). Exchange rates keep moving, so we do not show a Turkish lira equivalent; it would be misleading. The offer states the currency, the payment plan and its validity date.
When will 2027 prices be confirmed?
The ranges in the table are based on the 2026 and 2027 season lists providers have published, and each range carries its season year. We update the page as new season prices appear. The amount confirmed for your group applies to the dates and scope stated in the offer.
Is there a discount for school groups?
Group conditions are set in the offer. The price varies with group size, dates, scope and chaperone places, and the same rate is not applied to everyone. We therefore do not promise a fixed discount rate; you will see the conditions in the written offer.
Are these figures final prices?
No. They are public weekly "from" prices and give an approximate idea. The actual amount varies with dates, accommodation, duration and group structure; request an offer for an exact price.
Which countries do you show prices for?
The UK, Ireland, Malta, Germany, the USA ($1,500 – $2,865) and Canada (CA$1,478 – CA$2,900). City-level detail is given for the UK, Ireland, Malta and Germany; for the USA and Canada only the country range is available.
